Standards & trust
Develop a meaningful professional framework for online English schools and the learner experience they provide.
Our Strategy
EOEN 2027–2028
The incubation period gives EOEN two years to establish standards, create a genuinely useful member community and test what the network needs to become sustainable.
Four strategic priorities
Develop a meaningful professional framework for online English schools and the learner experience they provide.
Build a selective European network in which members know one another and exchange useful expertise.
Give credible online schools a stronger collective identity and make the sector easier to understand.
Share practice in teaching, AI, technology, safeguarding, learner experience and sustainable school operations.
Roadmap
Identity, governance, founding strategy and preparation for the first cohort.
Founding members, standards work, first resources, meetings and working groups.
Consolidate member value, partnerships and the future operating model.
Move into a sustainable member-led future shaped by what EOEN has proved useful.
A deliberate constraint
EOEN's early success will not be measured simply by the number of logos on a member page. The founding strategy prioritises credibility, participation and usefulness.
If membership reaches 50 schools during incubation, the Board will review the funding and membership-fee model. The threshold is a governance checkpoint, not a membership target.
